Q: Are you able to adapt the translation or do you only provide a word-by-word translation?
A: Absolutely, all our translators are qualified and are aware that there is a lot more to a translation than just to get all the words translated verbatim. Besides, we will only let our translators translate into their native tongue.

Q: How can you guarantee quality?
A: All our translators have long translation experience and are specialised within their own areas of expertise. All translations are being checked and proofread before being delivered to the client.

Q: We need this text translated by tomorrow morning. Is that possible?
A: We can almost certainly offer this service providing the text has no more than 1000 words. However, in most cases we will charge an express fee.

Q: This text is strictly confidential, how do you deal with this?
A: We often handle confidential documents and when required, the translator(s) will sign a confidentiality agreement.

Q: This is an on-going project that requires consistency.
A: We will always aim to use the same translators to ensure consistency of style and terminology.
